"Late delivery made me a bit hesitant"
The package did arrive in good condition and everything was packed fine, but it showed up later than expected. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it did make me a little less confident about ordering again if I need something by a certain date.

"Refund was quick and easy"
I had to send back an item because I got about the wrong size. The return process was fairly simple, and I think my refund came through sooner than I expected. Support was nice when they replied too. No real hassle, so I’d probably order again.

"Helpful support when I needed it"
I reached out to support about an issue I was having, and they got back to me really quickly. The person I spoke with was friendly and actually helped get everything fixed without making it complicated. It left me feeling relieved and happy with the whole experience.

"Not quite what I thought I was getting"
I ordered from auraestelle.com thinking it was going to be a really good deal, and while the item is decent for the price, I did feel a bit misled by how it was presented. The quality is okay, just not exactly what I expected from the photos or description. Delivery was fine, not super quick but nothing major. Overall, it’s not terrible, but I’m not sure I’d buy again without looking more closely first

"Cute at first, but not the best quality :/"
It looked really cute when I first got it, but the quality feels a bit cheap. After wearing it a few times, I started noticing loose threads here and there. It’s not terrible, but for the price, I was definitely expecting a little better :(
